Ewan Smotrycz signs with Bremerhaven

Octagon Europe big man Ewan Smotrycz is moving to the German BBL, as he signed 1-year contract with Bremerhaven. The Maryland graduate had a great rookie season in Cyprus, where he averaged 16 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 28 games for Keravnos Strovolou. He is upgraded to German BBL for his 2nd pro season, expecting to build on his excellent start.
